HBS Revolutions – Terms and Conditions

1. Trial Classes and Ongoing Attendance

1.1. Paid trial classes are available for new students. Following a successful trial, students can continue attending regular classes.

1.2. After the paid trial class, students will receive an invitation to join the class. They must accept or decline the invitation within 5 days to proceed with ongoing attendance.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking for regular classes is managed through our online system. A link for booking will be provided after the paid trial class.

2.2. Payments for regular classes are due monthly. Invoices for the upcoming month will be sent out by the 25th of each month. Payment is due on or before the 1st of each month.

2.3. A £5 late fee may be added to your account for any payments received after the 1st of the month.

2.4. Non-payment of classes will result in your child being removed from their classes with us.

3. British Gymnastics Membership

3.1. After their trial, all students must obtain their own British Gymnastics membership by clicking on the following link: https://www.british-gymnastics.org. This membership is required for all students to attend classes.

3.2. Membership fees are separate from class fees and will be charged by British Gymnastics directly.

4. Class Schedule and Changes

4.1. The class schedule is reviewed periodically, and students will be notified of any changes.

4.2. Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, and students will be informed as soon as possible.

4.3. HBS Revolutions reserves the right to modify class times, locations, or instructors.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. A minimum of 4 weeks' notice via email is required for cancellation of regular attendance.

5.2. Refunds are not provided.

5.3. Credit, refunds, or account freezes will not be given for sickness, holiday, or injury.

6. Student and Parent/Guardian Expectations and Behaviour

6.1. Students and parents/guardians are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines set by HBS Revolutions.

6.2. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in a student being asked to leave the class, either temporarily or permanently, at the discretion of the instructor.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. HBS Revolutions has appropriate insurance coverage for all classes.

7.2. Students are expected to take reasonable care of their personal belongings. HBS Revolutions is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items during classes.

8. Clothing

8.1. Students must wear appropriate clothing for their classes.

8.2. Clothing should not have any zips, buttons, or toggles that may pose a safety risk.

8.3. Jewellery, including jewellery for medical or religious purposes, is not permitted. Medical or religious jewellery can be taped or worn under a sweatband.

8.4. Socks MUST be worn for trampoline classes.

8.5. Your child may not be able to participate in their class if they are seen as not having the correct clothing. In this case, a refund will not be issued.
